As a Managing Director in XRoads Case Management Services (CMS), Todd brings over 10 years of experience advising troubled companies through the bankruptcy and restructuring processes.  Todd manages the CMS team to assist clients in the preparation of the Statement of Financial Affairs (SOFA) and Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (Schedules), the preparation of pre-filing documents including creditor matrix and first day motions/exhibits, etc..., the preparation of monthly operating  reports (MORs), and claims reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.  Selected cases include Herbst Gaming, New Century Financial Corporation, Nellson Nutraceutical, Plusfunds, Winn Dixie Stores, Advanced Telcom Group, APX, Prediwave, and eToys.

 Todd also has extensive experience in the financial and operational restructurings of troubled companies.  In these roles Todd has developed and executed restructuring plans, led negotiations with lenders and other constituencies, developed cash flow models and managed clients’ liquidity, developed fully integrated financial models, and managed the wind down/divestiture of companies.  Selected cases include Astaris, Factory 2-U, Coserv, BLI, Winn Dixie Stores, and an unnamed high-end clothing manufacturer.
