After the plan of reorganization is confirmed, XRoads can serve in a variety of roles, including liquidating trustee, disbursing agent or plan administrator. Because XRoads has been actively involved in the plan solicitation process and already maintains the claims register and creditor matrix data, we are optimally situated to ensure accurate and timely implementation of the plan.
