Creditor Mailing Matrix

A comprehensive creditor master mailing matrix is key to the entire bankruptcy process. We gather information from staff in each relevant department and convert the raw data from the file format provided by the debtor (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.), which minimizes manual data entry and reduces duplication of efforts, saving time and money. All data captured in our system are categorized (e.g., utilities, landlords, taxing agencies, etc.) and then coded to allow maximum flexibility in providing output for service lists, mailing labels, exhibits and reports.
